Configuration - test cases

Device need to test: samsung s2, nexus 7, samsung note and beacon
Testing On: wifi and 3g and 2g


Test-cases:
- in 1st 10 secs,
         a) it will find locationProbe (longitude and latitude)
         b) it will not find locationProbe (longitude and latitude)
